LongD is a fashion brand that originated from a long-distance transportation app and website. The brand focuses on lifestyle and fashion as well as its mission to raise awareness of and reduce bullying.
LongD was founded by Antonio Vernon, a gig economy veteran, whose 28,000 trips as a rideshare driver (25,000 for Uber) inspired the original transportation company as well as the corporate mission to fight against bullying. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in Statistics from Washington University.
Lonnie is the official mascot of LongD Services, Inc. He represents the brand’s fun and empowering spirit. Known as the “Official Party Animal of the Girls Night,” Lonnie promotes positivity and stands against bullying and peer pressure in social settings.
Lonnie sometimes expresses himself in both male and female voices, showing versatility and inclusivity. He’s a symbol of confidence, individuality, and empowerment — encouraging everyone to embrace their personality proudly.
